1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the successful receipt of payment and confirmation from our team. Customers will receive a booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

2. Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellation requests must be submitted through email or by contacting our customer support.
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the travel date, hotel policy, transportation bookings, and other third-party service providers.
• The applicable cancellation charges will be communicated to the customer before processing the cancellation.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are processed only for eligible cancellations as per the booking terms.
• Government taxes, convenience fees, payment gateway charges, and non-refundable hotel or transport charges may not be refunded.
• Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of hotels, transport operators, and other service providers.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, the amount will generally be processed within 7–10 business days. The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Changes to Booking

Requests for changes such as travel dates, traveler details, hotel upgrades, or package modifications are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

6. Cancellation by Vacations Trip

In rare situations where a tour or service cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances, operational issues, natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events, customers will be offered either:

• An alternative travel package (subject to availability), or
• A refund as applicable under the circumstances.

7. No Show Policy

If a traveler fails to arrive on the scheduled departure date without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a "No Show," and no refund may be applicable.
