5. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Applicable cancellation charges may vary depending on hotels, transport providers, and other third-party service providers.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking information.
• Carry valid government-issued identity proof during travel.
• Arrive at pickup points on time.
• Follow all hotel, transport, and destination rules.
• Respect local laws, customs, and regulations.

7. Travel Services

Tour itineraries, hotel categories, sightseeing schedules, meal plans, transportation, and cab services are subject to availability and operational conditions. Necessary changes may be made without prior notice if required for the successful completion of the tour.

8. Force Majeure

Vacations Trip shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, or additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, heavy rainfall, landslides, strikes, pandemics, road closures, political disturbances, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

9. Third-Party Services

Hotels, transportation providers, cab operators, payment gateways, and other travel partners operate independently. Vacations Trip acts as a facilitator and shall not be held responsible for deficiencies, delays, or failures in third-party services.

10. Intellectual Property
